Todd Coolidge
Mr. Coolidge is a Certified Criminal Law Specialist through the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Coolidge is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Mr. Coolidge has conducted over 100 trials including charges of Capital Murder (death penalty), first degree murder, Aggravated Assault, and DUI. While working with the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office, Mr. Coolidge helped to start their DUI defense unit in 1996. Mr. Coolidge has taught at numerous seminars throughout his criminal defense career.

Scott Maasen is an honors graduate of Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. Mr. Maasen received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science in 1993. While at ASU, he served as the student body president from 1992-1993. Mr. Maasen then received his Juris Doctorate Degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Prior to becoming an Arizona DUI defense attorney, Mr. Maasen worked as a DUI prosecutor for Maricopa County, and also worked for a local Maricopa County judge before starting his DUI and criminal defense firm in 2000.
Todd Coolidge graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Coolidge attended Arizona State University College of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 1990. He has enjoyed a criminal defense career spanning over 18 years.
Ryan Borges has been a resident of Arizona since 1988. He attended Roger Williams University in Rhode Island and obtained his Juris Doctor Degree in 1998. Subsequently, he attended the University of San Diego and obtained a Master's of Law Degree in 2000. He started his career as a prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office in Phoenix, AZ in 2002. During his five year career at the County Attorney's Office, he prosecuted a wide range of criminal matters, including traffic violations, DUI, aggravated assault, forgery, drug possession crimes, and auto theft. He handled a heavy caseload and litigated over 40 felony and misdemeanor trials in Superior Court.
